Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
• Assist customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset, as it allows for effective communication with diverse customers Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
