What You 'll Do: As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for Genesis of Norman, managing the entire sales process from the customer's perspective. You will focus on building relationships with potential customers, guiding them through their vehicle purchase journey, and delivering top-tier customer service. Your role will also involve collaborating with our service department to ensure every customer has an exceptional experience, both before and after their purchase. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional products or services to meet those needs. Generate and manage prospective appointments by scheduling consultations with potential clients. Provide hospitality to customers by explaining products and services, answering questions, and offering assistance with purchase decisions and follow-up. Coordinate vehicle delivery and payment services with customers to ensure a smooth transaction process. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vehicles and ensure the list of available parts and service options is current. Schedule vehicle maintenance services and ensure customers are aware of necessary care for their vehicles. Tracked and maintained customer interactions and sales transactions, reporting all details to management. Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and ready for delivery to customers. Perform other duties as assigned by management to help improve the overall customer experience and business operations.
