We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support continued growth in the Midwest region. As a technology-driven organization, we value initiative, long-term customer relationships, and solution-oriented selling. Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective customers, and managing the full sales cycle for Tebis America's software solutions. The role also includes managing a select group of existing customer accounts. This position is well suited for an individual with proven sales experience, ideally within the technology, manufacturing, or industrial software sectors. Key Responsibilities: * Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers within the Midwest region * Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract closure * Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships * Present Tebis software solutions in a consultative manner to address customer needs and challenges * Collaborate closely with marketing, application, and technical teams to support sales efforts * Provide regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager * Represent Tebis America at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences Qualifications: * Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within software, manufacturing, or industrial technology * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills * Ability to work independently and manage a defined sales territory * Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, manufacturing processes, or automation solutions is a strong plus * Willingness to travel within the Midwest region as required * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred Preferred Skills: * Experience selling CAD/CAM, MES, or manufacturing-related software solutions * Understanding of CNC machining, tooling, mold & die, or advanced manufacturing environments * Familiarity with long sales cycles and consultative, solution-based selling * Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, application, engineering, support) * Comfort presenting to both technical and executive-level stakeholders * CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce or similar) * Prior exposure to trade shows or industry events within manufacturing or industrial sectors Why Tebis America: * Competitive base salary plus commission structure * Comprehensive health benefits package * Opportunity for professional growth within a stable, innovative technology company * Collaborative team environment focused on long-term customer success and continuous improvement How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your interest in joining Tebis America to [please apply online] with the subject line: " Sales Representative - Midwest" Note : If basic instructions can't be followed, we will not follow up with you.
