Roger's is looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join our fun and successful team of sales associates. We specialize in residential appliances and cater to our client base (homeowners and designers alike) by providing superior customer service and dedication to our client's needs. Sales and customer service oriented individuals who have a positive, hands-on attitude, enthusiasm and work well with co-workers and clients will be very successful here! Newly renovated showroom with live kitchens has increased sales and provided an opportunity for a new sales associate to earn an abundance of cash while establishing a long term career in a fun environment!

Responsibilities

:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Assist in maintaining store appearance

Qualifications

:

• Education: High School Degree, GED or Higher
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields preferred
• Possess leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task successfully
• Adaptive to client and store needs
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends
• Goal Oriented
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented Sales and product training provided as necessary. Your earnings potential is uncapped!

Compensation

is calculated on base rate determined by skill set and experience plus commission on sales volume. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
