Looking for... Must be a self starter who thrives taking on new responsibilities. Has the ability to adapt to changing conditions. A decision maker who feels comfortable starting and leading new projects and seeing them through completion. This is not a desk job you will be on your feet moving for all day. This roll leads into a Management role within the Company. This would include year round salaried employment with health care benefits. Weekend hours are required. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service to all customers * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor * Process sales transactions * Daily Decoration * Process and price income orders * Assist in all departments as needed * Weekly and monthly ordering of food products and home goods * Provide direct support to general manager * Adjust and Multitask on a daily basis Must have the ability to travel when necessary to trade/buying shows with the Management Team to acquire merchandise. Which will include home goods, home decoration, clothing, jewelry.
