We're hiring an OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE with a $100,000 bonus to join our growing team. The team member will be motivated to take on responsibility and accountability. This is an opportunity to build "Trusted Advisor" relationships with clients and homeowners by providing expertise and knowledge. (Framing and Building Knowledge is a Must) Responsibilities include - - Preparing material take-offs from printed plans. - Calling on accounts and following up on new renovation and product requests. - Providing quotes to clients in the field. - Scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet client needs. - Attend trade shows and training events to increase product knowledge. - Develop relationships with clients as a leading resource for materials. - Build knowledge of product application to become a resource to clients. - Bridging the gap between product sourcing (special orders) and client needs. - Reviewing building permits for new business opportunities. Candidate will possess - 5-10 Years of construction sale experience. - Strong work ethic. - Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities. - Ability to work both independently and provide direction to delivery team. - Strong relationship management skills. - Strong follow up skills. - Strong product knowledge in the construction industry.
