What You 'll Do * Hunt and close commercial roofing deals with building owners, property managers, and commercial investors. * Conduct inspections, identify needs, and present killer proposals that get signed. * Negotiate contracts, crush quotas, and hit massive revenue goals. * Build relationships that lead to repeat business and high-ticket referrals. * Work with operations to ensure projects are delivered flawlessly, keeping clients happy and referrals flowing. Who We 're Looking For * Proven sales closer--B2B, commercial construction, or roofing experience a huge plus. * Fearless, competitive, and obsessed with hitting goals. * Self-motivated with a pipeline mentality--no waiting for leads to fall into your lap. * Excellent communicator and negotiator. * Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for client meetings.
