Full description of the position

We are looking to hire a new Community Sales Manager for the Perkins/Stillwater area. "We are a customer service company that just happens to sell homes." - Taber Leblanc, President JOB RESPONSIBILITES * Keen understanding and respect for customer service excellence associated with the single largest lifetime investment of purchasing a home. * Consistently provide high levels of customer service, by setting clearly defined expectations, follow up and follow through during the entire sales process. * Setting weekly commitments for new contracts and appointments in accordance with sales and revenue goals. * Maintaining community assigned to company excellence standards of cleanliness and updating marketing materials and signage. * Conscientiously updating weekly reports, providing accurate information on listings, website and inter departmental communication. * Meet and exceed CRM objectives of traffic entry, follow up and setting appointments. * Creating individual and company brand by utilizing social media. * Building relationships with realtors. * Earning positive reviews and referrals from customers and realtors. * Committing to continuous learning through designated reading and attending training.
