Full description of the position

We are looking to hire a new Community Sales Manager for the Perkins/Stillwater area.   • Keen understanding and respect for customer service excellence associated with the single largest lifetime investment of purchasing a home.
  • Consistently provide high levels of customer service, by setting clearly defined expectations, follow up and follow through during the entire sales process.
  • Setting weekly commitments for new contracts and appointments in accordance with sales and revenue goals.
  • Maintaining community assigned to company excellence standards of cleanliness and updating marketing materials and signage.
  • Conscientiously updating weekly reports, providing accurate information on listings, website and inter departmental communication.
  • Meet and exceed CRM objectives of traffic entry, follow up and setting appointments.
  • Creating individual and company brand by utilizing social media.
  • Building relationships with realtors.
  • Earning positive reviews and referrals from customers and realtors.
  • Committing to continuous learning through designated reading and attending training. BENEFITS
