Full description of the position
We are looking to hire a new Community Sales Manager for the Perkins/Stillwater area. - Keen understanding and respect for customer service excellence associated with the single largest lifetime investment of purchasing a home.
- Consistently provide high levels of customer service, by setting clearly defined expectations, follow up and follow through during the entire sales process.
- Setting weekly commitments for new contracts and appointments in accordance with sales and revenue goals.
- Maintaining community assigned to company excellence standards of cleanliness and updating marketing materials and signage.
- Conscientiously updating weekly reports, providing accurate information on listings, website and inter departmental communication.
- Meet and exceed CRM objectives of traffic entry, follow up and setting appointments.
- Creating individual and company brand by utilizing social media.
- Building relationships with realtors.
- Earning positive reviews and referrals from customers and realtors.
- Committing to continuous learning through designated reading and attending training. BENEFITS
