We work daily to provide World Class Service by delivering and selling refreshments and merchandise to our customers. We need a Merchandiser to help attain the team's goals. WHAT YOU WILL DO:* * Work Days, Monday through Friday * Analyze products to determine what sells and to assist in maximizing sales * Place product to maximize marketing using C-store concept Merchandising * Understand and help with Product Shrink & Loss prevention * Build and Set-up Plan-o-grams * Drive and deliver hot shot orders to increase customer needs satisfaction * Occasionally Run Relief Route * Drive company vehicle, Deliver product (pop, snack, pastry, sandwich, etc.) * Lift and load product on & off the vehicle both with and without assistance * Walk, Sit, Bend at waist and knees, overhead reaching, stooping, stairs, driving * Use handheld computer to take inventory and order product * Be on time an present * Display Independent judgment to maximize the sales to the customers to increase the commissions * Work independently and have World Class Customer service and interaction with our customers and clients * Have direct contact with packaged food items for public consumption WHAT WE LOOK FOR: * A safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier & valid license * Travel everyday to and from the client/customer site in all weather elements, driving a company vehicle * Ability to work well with people and independently * Flexibility
