Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in various sales channels including B2B, territory management, and technical sales. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking. * Manage existing client accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. * Develop and execute territory management strategies to maximize sales potential. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining strong customer relationships. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue streams. * Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory management or account management. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads and customer data. * Ability to conduct product demos, perform analysis, and develop effective sales strategies. * Experience in retail sales, inside sales, or management roles is a plus. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. * Knowledge of marketing principles related to business development is desirable. * A proactive attitude with a passion for achieving targets and building long-term client relationships.
