Responsibilities * Develop new business through outside sales efforts, engaging potential clients across various channels. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products. * Negotiate policy terms and premiums to meet client needs. * Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, policy renewals, and documentation updates efficiently. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and assisting with claims processes. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new clients. * Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards to ensure client confidentiality and data security. * Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the community. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with multilingual or bilingual abilities considered a plus. * Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM software to track client interactions and sales progress. * Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to develop tailored insurance solutions. * Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable to ensure compliance when handling sensitive information. * Prior experience in marketing or benefits administration is advantageous but not required.
