In this position, you will work a designated sales territory by maintaining relationships with current customers and prospecting new business accounts to drive sales. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational skills, strong curiosity for the beverage industry, be comfortable to work independently, and build strong relationships with accounts. Job Responsibilities * Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and oversee all sales activity in your designated sales territory. * Promotes the Company's products by servicing assigned accounts. Maintains store standards by creating and arranging floor displays, resetting coolers and stocking shelves. * Places price and descriptive signs on backdrop, fixtures, merchandise, on floor. * Checks quantities of goods on display and in stock and services the account to achieve 100% in stock by manually lifting and placing cases or bottles. * Prepares, constructs and maintains product displays according to schematics, directions and standards. * Consults with store managers, buyers and/or sales representative to determine appropriate placement of displays or products. * Provides customer service as required by customer and consumer demand. * Presents customers with new products, innovative programs and general sales opportunities. * Presents promotional activities and suggestions to customers as instructed by the company. Surveys the account for merchandising opportunities. Have all current sales support sheets available for opportunities to improve Armada's representation in the store. * Coordinate with other members of the sales team and management as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service. * Adhere to all company procedures, values and policies so that you provide an accurate representation of the company to all potential and current customers. * Operates hand trucks and pallet jacks to move cases from store room to sales floor * Maintains all administrative work in a neat and legible fashion. Copies key personnel on market conditions, refused displays and other customer issues * Submits weekly activity report and merchandising reports. Reports competitive activity and pricing as it occurs to immediate supervisor. * Coordinate with the accounts receivable department to ensure that all invoices are paid in full in a timely manner by your customers. Qualifications High School Diploma / GED At least 1-year Industry related experience and possess knowledge of beer and wine Competitive, Focused and Driven Must have dependable Transportation Lift and Carry 40+ pound cases of product on a consistent basis Must be at least 21 years of age Must be able to obtain an Able Liquor License.
