Job Summary The Business Development Manager develops and executes a robust owner development plan building and maintaining positive relationships with key network partners that deliver prospective owners for the best rental management program on Anna Maria Island. Responsibilities and Duties Demonstrates results in all areas of responsibilities including Key Performance Indicators: * Identify realty company targets for the Preferred Realtor Referral program * Develop list of realty companies without rental management operations * Identify Broker/Owner of those companies * Make sales calls on realty offices to meet with the broker/owner and explain our program and secure lunch and learn sessions with realtors. * Make outbound calls to realtors to share the Preferred Realtor Referral program * Develop a contact list of owner targets (houses, high value condo buildings) and cold call owners with our owner guarantee strategy * Develop/refine mailing list for future owner mailings * Identify high value buildings for potential onsite management and call on HOA President to determine interest Compensation: Salary + Commission Qualifications: Education and Experience: Two (2) years of sales experience Language Skills: Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally, and in writing. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from owners, guests, team members and Direct Supervisor. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts related to billings, proposal bids and work orders. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
