If you are interested in Regional Sales Manager-West you can apply at [please apply online] THIS POSITION IS A REMOTE POSITION THAT CAN BE BASED IN THE WESTERN AREA OF THE UNITED STATES. The core responsibilities for this role are: Creating the sales regions business plan and execution of activities to reach targets. Accountable for reaching the sales region's short term (18 month rolling) sales and business development targets including price management. Responsible to manage & develop the territory, including targeting companies and engaging technical decision makers for sales and opportunity development. Drive business intelligence activities including, but not limited to, competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and industry segment behavior. Manage and develop independent sales reps within the sales territory to optimize sales. Effectively follow up on leads and turn them into buying customers. In this role you will be travelling 50% mostly in the West Region of the US * _Location is West USA-this is a primarily Remote position but can be professionally located anywhere in region._ Skills required: Quota Attainment, Forecasting, Business and Financial Acumen, Relationship Building, Engineering, Technical Sales, OEM Sales, Client Management, Contract Negotiation, Metrics Driven, Computer Skills, Microsoft Dynamics About You For this role, we are looking for someone with more than 6 years of successful history in a high value sales management environment, preferably in the US market. Our Business Unit is advancing towards a growth journey and requires strategic thinking and a hunter's mentality. You demonstrate strong decision-making skills, sometimes even in the face of uncertainty while keeping customer focus at the center. Your true willingness to collaborate and solid leadership skills is of significant importance to us. Your personality truly makes the difference! You are creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated and your professional style is based on creating trust through communication. Your communication skills in business English are well developed and you possess strong technical aptitude. An Electrical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering background and/or experience with industrial heating, electrification, or the semiconductor industries would be an asset.
