100% COMMISSION-ONLY ROLE - No Base Salary. Earning Potential: $80K-$150K+ based on performance First Year Earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ Top Performers: $200,000+ by Year 2 Weekly Pay - No Waiting 30 Days THE OPPORTUNITY Yes Hearing is disrupting the $8 billion hearing aid industry. While typical hearing clinics charge $7,000+, we deliver the same technology for up to 50% less. We're expanding rapidly and need hunters who can build territories from scratch. This isn't retail. This isn't cold calling. This is relationship-based B2B2C sales with a product that sells itself. What Makes This Different:

  • Average sale: $5,000 (you make $500 per retained sale)
  • Close rate: 33% (1 in 3 appointments buy)
  • Sales cycle: 7-14 days (not months)
  • Customers thank you (you're changing lives)
  • Unlimited territory potential COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Base Commission:
  • $500 per hearing aid pair sold
  • 10 sales/month = $5,000
  • 15 sales/month = $7,500
  • 20 sales/month = $10,000 Additional Earnings: First Month Only : Extra $100 per sale for first 5 sales
  • $100 per partnership that generates a sale
  • $500 monthly bonus at 10+ sales
  • $1,000 monthly bonus at 15+ sales
  • $2,000 monthly bonus at 20+ sales Payment Terms:
