J & J Staffing Resources, one of the largest independently owned temporary and direct hire staffing services for over 50 years, has an exciting opportunity for an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative with a passion for building professional relationships, excels at sales connections and enhances client development to drive staffing growth across our New Jersey territory. Responsibilities : * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow staffing partnerships in Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and financial sectors. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities across your assigned regional territory through cold calls, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. * Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their staffing needs and deliver customized solutions. * Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery. * Represent the company at local industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. * Engage and present our services to key decision-makers and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs. * Communicate with hiring teams on the benefits of utilizing our staffing services to address staffing challenges, identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and long-term success. * Stay current on industry trends and labor market shifts to identify new opportunities for business. * Present and describe our services to key managers and decision-makers through in-person meetings and video conferencing platforms. Qualifications : * 1-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry. * Experience selling into one or more of the target industries. * Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. * Proficiency with video conferencing platforms and calendar management for meetings. * Ability to connect with decision makers through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, and marketing campaigns. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple territories. * Comfortable making cold calls and prospecting daily. * Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
