Location: Edmond, OK Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Compensation: Base Salary, Bonuses & Commission Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Outside Sales Specialist to join their growing team in Edmond, OK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the field, building relationships with homeowners, and managing the sales process from initial inspection through close. The position offers a strong mix of base salary, bonuses, and commission, along with full benefits. This role involves performing initial roof inspections, including climbing roofs and taking detailed photos for insurance documentation. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments. Key Responsibilities * Conduct on-site roof inspections, including safely accessing roofs and capturing detailed photos for insurance purposes * Meet with homeowners to explain findings, next steps, and available solutions * Manage assigned leads and client list (no cold calling or self-generated prospecting required) * Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up throughout the sales process * Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and insurance representatives * Provide excellent customer service while representing the company with integrity and professionalism Qualifications * Some prior sales experience and formal sales training required * Comfortable working at heights and performing roof inspections * Strong work ethic with a high level of trustworthiness and accountability * Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills * Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks * Confident, professional presence with a positive, self-motivated attitude * Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals * Construction or roofing experience is a plus, but not required * Must pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check Compensation & Benefits * W-2 position * Competitive base salary * Bonus and commission structure * Full benefits package * Opportunity to use a company truck * Steady flow of leads and assigned clients * Long-term growth opportunity with a well-established organization
