Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Home and Auto Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a vital role in expanding our customer base while delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities * Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound telemarketing, in-person meetings, and community events to promote insurance products. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable home and auto insurance coverage options. * Negotiate policy terms and pricing to meet client needs while ensuring company profitability. * Manage sales administration tasks including processing applications, policy updates, and documentation accuracy. * Develop marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain current customers. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and explaining policy details clearly. * Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA when handling sensitive client information. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall service delivery. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. * Ability to analyze client needs and develop customized insurance solutions. * Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse client populations. * Experience with sales administration, marketing, and benefits management is advantageous. * Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor. * Knowledge of telemarketing techniques and marketing strategies to generate leads. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Relevant licensing or certification in insurance sales is preferred but not mandatory; training opportunities may be provided for qualified candidates.
