Duties * Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. * Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. * Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings. * Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. * Provide guidance on real estate law, regulations, and best practices. * Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions. * Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. * Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors. * Stay informed about local market conditions and property values.
