High-Earning Sales Opportunity - In-Home Sales Consultant (Bathroom Remodeling) Location: Birmingham, AL and Surrounding Areas Job Type: Full-Time (Commission Only)

Compensation

What You'll Do

:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to assess remodeling needs and provide custom solutions
• Close high-ticket sales using a consultative, relationship-based approach
• Use digital tools and CRM systems to manage follow-ups and pipeline
• Travel locally throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas using your own vehicle What We're Looking For:
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
• Proven success in commission-based roles
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with technology, including iPad and CRM systems
• Self-starter with strong time management and closing skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
