The Sales Executive - Insurance is responsible for driving sales of insurance products by identifying prospective clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable insurance solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role is intended to progress through our hands-on training and development program. As you gain profienciency and achieve goals, you expand new earnings potential and an attractive profesisonal growth Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Hands on Training Disability Insurance Life Insurance Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Requirements * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-motivated, extremely organized, and reliable * Excellent interpersonal skills - trustworthy, accountable, operates with integrity * Ability to effectively interact with customers, partners, vendors, and staff members * Ability to motivate others, lead by example, and hold team members accountable * Computer skills: proficient with Google docs/sheets, ability to quickly learn agency systems, MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through calling leads, generating referrals, and field activities * Promote and sell insurance products we specialize in offering clients (i.e. property and casualty insurance) * Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance options * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets * Follow all agency standards, best practices, and processes * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients * Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, and terms clearly to customers * Follow up on leads and maintain accurate sales records * Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines About Us Ficker Insurance Group is a dynamic and professional leader in the insurance industry.
