This is not a traditional car sales role. Gateway Kia is building a next-generation dealership powered by creativity, personality, and real social influence. We are hiring Social Sales Associates -- individuals who can create engaging social media content and convert online attention into real customer traffic and vehicle sales. This hybrid position combines content creation, social media engagement, and automotive sales into one exciting, high-earning role. No automotive experience required. Social media experience IS required. Key Responsibilities: * Create daily social media content (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) featuring Gateway Kia * Build and engage an online following * Respond to online inquiries and drive appointments * Promote dealership inventory and brand messaging * Work showroom floor as a Sales Associate * Convert social media leads into in-store customers * Collaborate with dealership leadership on content campaigns * Track engagement and performance growth Qualifications: * Proven social media content creation experience * Comfortable on camera and speaking to an audience * Ability to film, edit, and post content consistently * Self-motivated and creative mindset * Willingness to learn automotive sales process * Strong communication and people skills * Passion for personal brand growth and sales performance Automotive sales experience not required. Social media experience required.
