Retail Sales Permanent Part-Time Position Lanikai Bath and Body is seeking a motivated, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. This position is based in our Kailua store and focuses on both in-store customer service and the fulfillment of online orders. Schedule: * Mondays 1:00pm- 5:30pm * Tuesdays 1:00pm-5:30pm * Thursdays 9:30am- 1:30 pm (9:30 am - 5:30 pm training to start) * Saturdays 9:30am- 1:30 pm (9:30 - 5:30 pm training to start) Please do not apply unless you are available to work these days and hours. Key Responsibilities * Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service to ensure a positive shopping experience. * Sales Support: Assist customers in finding products, explaining features, and processing purchases at the register. * Merchandising: Restock shelves, maintain organized product displays, and ensure the store remains clean and inviting. * Fulfillment + Packing: Prepare and package online orders with care and accuracy, ensuring that every shipment reflects Lanikai Bath and Body's commitment to quality and aloha. * Team Support: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations, both in-store and online. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent. * Prior retail or order fulfillment experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate. * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. * Friendly, positive attitude and ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends or holidays as needed.
