Pay: $21.30 - $23.00 per hour (During Apprenticeship) Job Type: Full- time Schedule: 5 days per week Benefits: Full benefits package available after 90 days About the Role Are you looking to break into a high-earning sales career but don't have the technical experience yet? We believe the best salespeople are the ones who truly understand the craft. We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. To ensure your success, this role begins with a 3 to 6 month or more hands-on apprenticeship in our Installation Department. You will work as an Assistant Window & Door Installer, learning the "ins and outs" of our products, the technical details of the trade, and how to provide world-class service to our customers. Once you have mastered the product knowledge and installation process and show good work ethics and reliability, you will be promoted to a Full-Time Sales Position , where your earning potential increases significantly through bonuses and commissions. What You 'll Do * Phase 1 (The Foundation): Work alongside our lead installers to assist with the installation of high-quality windows and doors. You'll learn about measurements, materials, and installation techniques. * Phase 2 (The Transition): Use your hands-on knowledge to begin assisting the sales team, explaining the technical benefits of our products to prospective clients. * Phase 3 (The Career): Graduate to a full-time Sales Representative role, managing your own leads and closing deals with the confidence of a true expert. Requirements * Work Ethic: Willingness to work physically and get your hands dirty during the training phase. * Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to talk comfortably with homeowners. * Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and ready to work a consistent 5-day weekly schedule. * Growth Mindset: A desire to transition into a professional sales role and earn performance-based incentives. * Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites or the warehouse.
