Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Infusion Sales Representative to drive growth across the Seattle, Washington region. This role is responsible for managing key provider relationships and generating referrals from physician offices--particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. This is a home-based role requiring up to 60% travel within the assigned territory to build and strengthen relationships with referring providers. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory goals. * Drive referral growth and revenue through targeted provider engagement. * Build and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices, including specialists in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. * Educate providers and staff on available infusion therapy services to build awareness and trust. * Identify and prioritize key accounts; implement engagement strategies to expand referral sources. * Monitor referral activity and collaborate with internal teams to optimize outcomes. * Partner with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, and local healthcare systems to identify shared growth opportunities. * Provide strategic feedback to marketing and operations to enhance provider experience and patient access. Qualifications * 3 -5 years of proven success in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales, ideally with a focus on infusion therapies or specialty care. * Strong history of building physician relationships and generating referrals within relevant specialties. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers. * Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field required. * Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
