Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Infusion Sales Representative to drive growth across the Seattle, Washington region. This role is responsible for managing key provider relationships and generating referrals from physician offices--particularly within oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. This is a home-based role requiring up to 60% travel within the assigned territory to build and strengthen relationships with referring providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory goals.
- Drive referral growth and revenue through targeted provider engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices, including specialists in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
- Educate providers and staff on available infusion therapy services to build awareness and trust.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts; implement engagement strategies to expand referral sources.
- Monitor referral activity and collaborate with internal teams to optimize outcomes.
- Partner with pharmaceutical representatives, health plans, and local healthcare systems to identify shared growth opportunities.
- Provide strategic feedback to marketing and operations to enhance provider experience and patient access.
Qualifications
- 3 -5 years of proven success in healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical sales, ideally with a focus on infusion therapies or specialty care.
- Strong history of building physician relationships and generating referrals within relevant specialties.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field required.
- Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $85,000-$120,000
