Uncapped Commission | Goal Oriented | Purpose-Driven Work About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Restoration Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, maintaining strong relationships with referral partners, and driving revenue growth for our restoration services -- including water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B sales, strong relationship- building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. With over 75 years of trusted service, Superior Cleaning & Restoration is a leader in the restoration industry in the Greater Seattle area. Superior is a COIT company. COIT is a national leader in cleaning and restoration. We help businesses and homeowners recover from fire, water, and mold damage--and we need top-tier sales talent to help us grow. Key Responsibilities: * Communicate and educate potential clients about Superior Restoration and COIT Cleaning and Restoration to develop relationships for when an emergency restoration need arises. * Contact potential commercial clients via site visits, email, and phone calls. Reach out to potential new clients to build rapport and trust. * Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through outbound outreach and local marketing initiatives. * Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. * Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources such as insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, plumbers, contractors, and commercial clients. * Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and networking events to promote company services. * Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities, and results in the CRM system. * Participate in local industry associations and community events to enhance brand visibility. * Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. * Stay informed on restoration industry trends, insurance processes, and competitive landscape.
