We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their deli orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Prepare a variety of deli items, including meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers and scales.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Experience
• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with culinary practices or experience in a quick-service fast food restaurant is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts are essential.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others is crucial for success in this role.
