Duties * Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and community networking to generate new leads and expand territory sales. * Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on roofing options, materials, and benefits. * Develop and manage a robust pipeline of leads using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing of prospects. * Negotiate pricing, scope of work, and contract terms to close sales effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Manage your territory by planning efficient routes, scheduling appointments, and tracking sales activities to maximize coverage. * Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to project completion.
