Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our orthopedic implant products to healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to account management and a commitment to achieving sales targets. Duties * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to educate surgeons about our medical devices. * Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities within the territory. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM software. * Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote products and gather market intelligence. * Product Companies: Acumed, Smith and Nephew Shoulder Arthroplasty, Maxx Ortho, and Biologics. Skills * Strong communication skills to effectively convey product benefits and address client inquiries. * Proven experience in account management with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively. * Background in pharmaceutical or medical sales preferred but not mandatory. * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and colleagues alike. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications for reporting and documentation. * Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies. * A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales goals.
