What You'll Do * Meet with homeowners at company-provided, pre-set appointments (no cold calling or door knocking). * Learn how to identify basement, foundation, and concrete issues and recommend appropriate solutions. * Build rapport, educate customers, and guide them through the decision-making process. * Follow a proven sales system with support from management and training staff. * Grow your skills and income as your confidence and experience increase. What We're Looking For * Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. * Coachable mindset and eagerness to learn a new industry. * Comfort working independently and managing your schedule. * Sales experience is helpful but not required- we will train the right person. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to appointments.
