This Sales Position is Strictly Commission Based Pay. OVERVIEW Roofscapes NW, is a residential and commercial roofing company based in Federal Way, WA. We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of excellent customer service skills and a strong understanding of sales techniques, particularly in technology and retail environments. Strong preference for direct and/or in home sales (Roofing, HVAC, Windows, Siding, Remodeling) * Clean driving record * High school or equivalent degree * MS Office and Google Suite proficiency DUTIES * Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. * Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and customer preferences. * Engage in direct sales activities, including inside sales calls and retail sales interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred. * Strong background in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable. * Roofing experience a plus, but not mandatory * Familiarity with market analysis and understanding of customer needs. * Experience conducting product demos effectively to engage customers. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. * Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities. * A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
