Overview We are seeking a Clinical Liaison to grow referral relationships in Orange County and San Diego. This is an outside sales role focused on building trust with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare professionals through in- person education, consistent follow-up, and professional relationship management. The Clinical Liaison represents Latitude in the field and plays a key role in expanding access to specialized food allergy care. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary field representative for Latitude in Orange County and San Diego * Build and maintain referral relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare providers * Conduct regular in-person visits, including new and follow-up meetings * Educate providers on Latitude's food allergy prevention, diagnosis, and treatment approach * Plan and host educational meetings and small group presentations * Execute a territory plan aligned to quarterly referral goals * Track outreach activities, referrals, and outcomes in Salesforce * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution * Participate in local events and community activities related to food allergy care Qualifications * Experience in healthcare, clinical, or medically related sales or relationship-based roles * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable building relationships through in-person visits and follow-up * Organized, reliable, and able to manage a defined territory * Self-directed with the ability to work independently in a field-based role * Experience in nutrition, dietetics, infant formula, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives * Equity participation * Comprehensive health benefits * Mileage and business expense reimbursement This position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about healthcare solutions and skilled in outside sales strategies to contribute meaningfully to our organization's growth while advancing their careers in healthcare.
