The Commercial Insurance Producer role focuses on sales relating to the insurance needs of businesses, such as general liability and worker's compensation. Responsibilities These are the essential job responsibilities for a Commercial Insurance Producer at Valor Insurance Brokers: * Reach out to and build relationships with prospects from referral partners, networking, personal relationships, and current clients. This outreach could be an in-person meeting, phone call, or email interaction. * Assess potential clients, track progress of leads, and network to build local relationships with business owners. * Evaluate the needs of our leads to see how we can help the potential client, before developing a tailored proposal that resolves their unique insurance needs. * Conduct presentations and meeting with leads and clients to discuss your recommended insurance proposal. * Set, plan for, and achieve your monthly goal of outreach attempts, booked appointments, and insurance proposals. * Partner effectively with the Account Manager to ensure a seamless transition from selling to closing to policy retention.
