We are a fast growing, investor focused real estate team in Houston looking to add a high caliber agent to serve the south side of the city. Our team works almost exclusively with investors and house hackers, and we are looking for someone who understands that world from personal experience. This role is ideal for an agent who already knows how to work deals, understands numbers, and simply needs consistent, qualified investor leads to fully execute. Who We Are Invest In Houston Real Estate Team is built by investors, for investors. We work with clients focused on buy and hold, house hacking, flips, and strategic portfolio growth. Our leads are warm, educated, and serious. We are growing quickly and need capable hands to take over qualified opportunities. We operate as a lean, execution focused team. We do not require standing team meetings, or mandatory huddles. Our agents are trusted to manage their business, communicate when needed, and stay focused on closing deals. Who We Are Looking For You are an experienced agent and investor. You are confident, driven, and focused. You understand investment language because you live it. You should: * Be an active Texas licensed real estate agent * Own at least one rental property or have direct investment experience * Understand investor metrics such as cash flow, cap rate, ARV, and exit strategies * Be comfortable advising investors on strategy, not just showing homes * Be strong willed, organized, and able to operate independently * Want to be part of a team, not a solo agent reinventing the wheel * Be based on or focused on the south side of Houston or be willing to commute there multiple times a week What You Will Be Doing * Working directly with qualified investor leads provided by the team * Representing buyers focused on investment properties * Writing competitive offers and advising on deal structure * Guiding investors through acquisition decisions with clarity and confidence * Acting as a trusted advisor, not a door opener * Attend monthly team hosted Real Estate Investing Meetups What We Provide * Qualified investor leads ready to transact * Team brand, systems, and support * Investor focused marketing and positioning * The ability to scale your income without spending your time prospecting * A collaborative environment built around execution and results * Opportunities to grow your network (we hosted 20 meetups and workshops in 2025) This Is Not For You If * You need basic real estate training * You are uncomfortable working with numbers or investment analysis * You are looking for a casual or part time role Why Join Us If you are a strong agent who understands investing and simply needs more opportunities to execute, this role offers leverage, momentum, and growth without the burnout of lead generation.
