We are seeking ONE experienced account representative to join our Norman office. You will be responsible for engaging and educating prospective customers about TruEnergy services while driving growth through outbound calls, developing new accounts, and renewing or expanding existing relationships. Job Duties * Work productively as a team player with a variety of people, including management, co-workers, and customers * Make outbound calls to new and existing customers * Audit and Prep accounts for Customer Retention * Deliver superior customer service with the passion to exceed customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction * Manage time effectively and efficiently; adapting quickly to changing priority * Demonstrate the ability and resilience to bounce back from challenges and maintain focus on larger goals Qualifications: * Minimum 2-year customer service experience preferred. * Ability to monitor relationships with customers through CRM systems. * Strong phone presence and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment required. * Work hard-play hard mindset. * Excellent verbal and written communications skills * Strong listening and presentation skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook * Superior communication and customer service skills Want to know more?
