Job Summary We are a Metro Detroit real estate investment company that works directly with homeowners --buying, renovating, and improving local properties. We spend thousands a month to provide researched, targeted properties so you can focus on real conversations instead of random knocking. You are the first step in helping homeowners explore options. We are a well-established company with nearly a decade of experience and a proven track record, including 70+ homes purchased last year. The right candidate will have the opportunity to step into an acquisitions role and eventually grow into leadership within our acquisitions division. If you've worked at CYDCO, One Source, Sunrun, Vivint, roofing/pest control canvassing, alarms, fiber/ISP, or political canvassing , you already have the background we're looking for. What You Will Actually Do * Work company-provided, curated suburban routes focused on pre-foreclosure and motivated homeowners * Engage with potential homeowners face-to-face to understand their situation * Set qualified appointments for our acquisitions team * Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups in our CRM * Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies * Represent our company professionally in the community Pay & Income Potential * $20 -$22/hour base * $50 per qualified appointment set * $500 -$1,000 per closed deal --Typical earnings: * Part-time : $45k -$60k * Solid performer: $60k -$90k+ * Top reps: 100k+ Why This Role Works * You're not guessing where to go--we provide researched, high-probability lists that we have refined over the last decade. We spend thousands a month generating these lists. * Proven scripts developed from years in the Detroit market * A dedicated acquisitions team closes the appointments you create * We are not wholesalers --we buy and improve properties ourselves * You focus on conversations; we handle the rest Who We 're Looking For * Driven, coachable, and comfortable talking to strangers * Able to handle rejection without losing momentum * Prefer being in the field over behind a desk * Reliable, consistent, and goal-oriented Strong plus if you 've worked with: CYDCO, One Source, Sunrun, Vivint, ADT, roofing canvassing, pest control, fiber/ISP, political canvassing--or any role using targeted door-to-door outreach. Qualifications * Prior door-to-door or field outreach experience preferred * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to walk neighborhoods 4 -5 hours/day * Reliable transportation * Basic CRM/smartphone comfort * Ability to work independently and as part of a team This Is NOT For You If * You want an office-only role * Rejection shuts you down * You need guaranteed commissions without activity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Paid time off * Work from home Application Question(s): * Have you done door-to-door before?
