Key Responsibilities of the Home Solutions Sales Specialist * Coordinate client account setup and service enrollments across our home improvement lead generation solutions with precision, compliance, and efficiency. * Deliver in-home sales presentations that match the homeowners needs with premium solutions and schedule the consultation and installation. * Provide authoritative product expertise by explaining the features, benefits, and compatibility of our service packages and bundled options. * Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities by assessing client needs, recommending tailored lead generation strategies, and driving qualified conversions. * Maintain CRM integrity by accurately tracking activations, updates, and client feedback to strengthen retention and campaign performance. * Resolve service concerns by troubleshooting billing and campaign issues, escalating complex cases through structured support channels. * Collaborate with fellow specialists and supervisors to refine sales strategies, uphold brand messaging, and consistently exceed performance benchmarks. What We 're Looking For in a Home Solutions Sales Specialist: * High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. * Strong communication skills to clearly explain our home improvement solutions, guide clients effectively, and build lasting trust. * Experience in customer support, retail, or sales, ideally within home improvement, consulting, or subscriptionbased industries. * Organized, proactive, and collaborative approach with problemsolving abilities and consistent focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
