Re- Bath Houston is a full bathroom remodeling company helping homeowners make bathroom remodeling affordable and effortless, and we are seeking motivated sales professionals for our outside sales team in Houston! This is a full-time sales position that requires at least one year of in-home sales experience to be considered. Upon completion of training, successful Sales Design Consultants can expect to earn over $100,000 in their first year! Calculating job parameters and costs. - Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices, financing terms, and scope of work. Completing accurate Remodeling and Financing documents. - Attend regular weekly sales meetings and trainings to improve performance and collaborate to make recommendations. - Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor - Maintain compliance with all company policies The ideal candidate will: * Have verifiable experience * Fit the Re-Bath Houston company culture! * Have a positive attitude! * Have an extreme attention to detail, be highly organized, a strong team player, and self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed * Possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and iPad navigation * Be able to work effectively independently and under time deadlines * Be able to communicate and understand standard accepted practices (including being committed to the assignments up to completion, within parameters of language and terminology of bathroom instructions given, prescribed routines and remodeling) * Be able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items weighing up to 30 pounds frequently * Must be able to pass a background check.
