About the Role: We're looking for a knowledgeable and motivated 12V/Car Audio Sales Specialist to help customers find the perfect solutions for their vehicles -- from audio and security systems to lighting, remote starts, and integration upgrades. You'll work closely with installers and clients to design systems that fit their needs, budget, and lifestyle. Responsibilities: * Greet and engage customers in the showroom or over the phone. * Identify customer needs and recommend the right 12V products and packages. * Prepare accurate quotes and work orders for installation. * Collaborate with technicians to ensure seamless project execution. * Stay current on new products, trends, and technology in the mobile electronics industry. * Maintain a clean, organized sales area and professional appearance. Qualifications: * Proven retail or sales experience,*ideally in car audio or 12V accessories. * Strong product knowledge of mobile electronics, audio, and integration. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable. * Basic computer and POS system proficiency.
