Full description of the position

Job description: Follow the Premiere Roofing sales process to prospect, build your network, inspect, quote and sell residential and commercial roof replacements, repairs and additional trades. Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity standards for both self-generated and company provided leads. Build your local network by calling on key stakeholders. Attend weekly meetings and training sessions, provide data, identify key issues, and recommend solutions. Salary commensurate with experience; commission incentives and company truck provided. Qualifications * Education: High School/ G.E.D, college degree a plus * 5 years of sales experience * Residential or commercial construction experience is a plus, but not necessary * Mathematical and computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM) * Driver's license and clean driving record Key Accountabilities * Achieve monthly sales target for roof replacement and repairs * Adhere to all company core values, policies and sales processes * Maintain adequate pipeline of self-generated and company-provided opportunities * Ensure accuracy of sales data in CRM for all roof replacements, repairs and trades * Respond to internal and external customers in a timely manner Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Excellent selling and negotiating skills * Committed to customer service * Forward thinking with the capacity to problem solve * Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Ability to work on a team * Knowledge of how to install residential roofing Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay * Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: * Irmo, SC 29063: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: * Sales: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Paid time off Experience: * Sales: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
