Commercial HVAC Sales Account Executive Tampa|

• $80K -$110K Base + Uncapped Commission ($150K-$200K+ OTE) |
• Monthly Car Allowance | Field-Based We're partnering with a well-established commercial HVAC & mechanical services company expanding its service and retrofit business across South Florida. This is a growth role for a true commercial HVAC hunter who knows how to build pipeline, walk job sites, read blueprints, and close deals. Strong brand, strong ops support, real earning upside. What You 'll Do
• Own the full sales cycle for commercial service, retrofit, and replacement projects
• Prospect and close new business
• Conduct site walks and system assessments
• Build proposals and pricing with estimating/engineering
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and client relationships What You Need (Must-Have)
• 4+ years commercial HVAC / mechanical / fire protection sales
• Bilingual Spanish & English (required)
• Managed or grown a $2M+ book of business
• Can read blueprints
• Hunter mentality; comfortable being on the road Why This Role
