Requirements Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED (Receive reimbursement for exam and study material cost) MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability showing up to work as scheduled, on time. Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Great self-starter with a sense of urgency Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection. Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
