Job description TCA Wireless $36,000 - $65,000 per year, Full Time, Commission The ideal Sales Associate is passionate about smartphones, and related accessories, enjoys working one-on-one with customers, and thrives in a sales environment. A day in the life

• Set and achieve sales goals
• Greeting Customers with a friendly welcome.
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about their smartphones, and related accessories
• Seek product knowledge to build your expertise regarding repairing and selling smartphones and related accessories
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Find fulfillment in exceeding customer expectations
• Work with your team to keep the store organized to deliver a WOW experience for our customers, which means stocking, re-merchandising, display, close outs, merchandise transfers and cleaning
• Give the best service to our customers on their terms which may require all employees to be flexible and open to occasionally performing work/duties at a store other than the one you were initially hired at. We operate stores in Honolulu, Pearl City and Waipahu.
