Duties * Ability to acquire new clients using our proven methods. * Service of existing client base. * Build relationships with potential clients. * Provide clients with information on policy features, benefits, and pricing. * Assist clients through the application process and address and questions. * Reports on field activity. * Participate in training/professional development sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge. Prerequisites * Strong customer service skills. * Minimum 2 years in a leadership role. (preferred not required) * Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. * Ability to pass a background check.
