As an Outside Sales Representative for our Seattle, WA area you will have the ideal situation - selling quality products to a solid customer base as well as targeting growth and new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, highly motivated, customer service- minded individual with good presentation and closing skills. Outside Sales Representative with experience and a background in some form of packaging, industrial, agriculture or safety products are encouraged to apply. Hiring for the following territories: Territory #1:Tacoma, Seattle, Renton, Tukwila and Kent Territory #2:Snohomish , Skagit , Whatcom and Columbia Counties. Responsibilities * Develop and manage designated sales territory to achieve sales goals and objectives. * Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Conduct product demos to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing accounts. Prepare sales reports and forecasts based on market analysis and performance metrics. Requirements / Qualifications : - Minimum 2 years+ previous outside B2B selling experience. - Must be a self-starter, enthusiastic, driven & self-motivated. - Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written). - Experience in networking and cold calling/prospecting. - Ability to manage time efficiently. - Excellent closing skills. - Basic computer skills (working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook as well as the ability to conduct on-line searches for potential customers. - A valid driver's license and own vehicle required. Must be able to provide proof of insurance. - - Bilingual in English/Spanish helpful but not required. Compensation includes a base salary, generous commission structure, auto and gas allowance and expense reimbursement.
