Internet Sales/ BDC Automotive Dealership Patriot Subaru, Saco, Maine is actively seeking experienced personnel for our Internet Sales/Business Development team (BDC). We've sold more new Subarus in New England over the past six years than any other dealership. Our growth is your opportunity! Using tools like personalized video, text, and chat, you'll communicate clearly and confidently. With a solid understanding of our products and systems, you'll provide the information customers need and set appointments. We'll help you coordinate both to develop these skills. * Develop strong knowledge of the Subaru vehicle lineup through ongoing training * Learn to access and navigate through our vehicle inventory * Understand warranties, sales programs, promotions, and dealership operations * Computer savvy: training provided on handling incoming messages and responding verbally, in writing, and via video using approved templates * Provide daily reports on calls, appointments, prospect decisions, and outcomes * Attend required training; fees covered when directly related to job performance If you don't LOVE where you work, you should really check us out!
