Summary As a Sales Operations Manager in our Tacoma, Washington location, you will play a critical role in driving growth, expanding material flow partnerships, and strengthening client relationships. You will lead sales strategy, develop new business opportunities, and help ensure exceptional customer service-- directly supporting our mission of secure and sustainable electronics recycling. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities * Proactively source and secure high-value material flow contracts through cold-calling, networking, and relationship building with local SMBs and residential organizations. * Promote and sell Paladin Envirotech's highly competitive free electronics recycling services. * Convert high-volume collections into high-value outcomes through effective commodity sales and reuse-revenue strategies. * Operate a box truck and plan efficient pickup routes to maximize productivity and material capture. * Oversee e-waste processing activities, including sorting, testing, and ensuring secure data destruction in alignment with R2 and RIOS standards. * Build and manage a high-performing team as business needs grow. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and optimize operational performance. Qualifications * Proven B2B sales experience in the electronics, recycling, ITAD, or related industries. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency with Hubspot or comparable CRM systems. * Demonstrated success in business development and account management. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and develop strategic plans. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. * Familiarity with R2, RIOS:2016, or other industry standards is a plus. * Ability to thrive in a hands-on environment that blends operations with sales strategy.
