Overview
: Job Title: Business Development Representative Part Time (Bilingual) Discipline: Sales, Customer service Schedule: 20 hours/week, weekends required Employment Type: Permanent; Part-time Travel Required: 5% (OKC Metro areas)
About the Role
:
- Comfort Wave partners with Home Depot to provide customers with Heating and Cooling solutions, including replacements, tune-ups, and maintenance. As a Business Development Representative , you'll engage with Home Depot customers through friendly, open conversations to identify potential needs and connect them with Comfort Wave's services. What We Offer:

- PLUS uncapped commission - average earnings $20 -$30/hour

Responsibilities
: What Will I Do?
- Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company's image with Home Depot.
- Communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services.
- Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store.
- Proactively greet customers, engage in informative conversations, qualify potential purchasers, and generate leads for sales appointments.
- Build and maintain relationships with Home Depot store associates and key management personnel.
- Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.
- Achieve specified program KPIs and goals.
- Attend required meetings and training courses.
