We are seeking a driven and results oriented Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role will focus on retail pharmacy clients , with primary emphasis on new business development and account growth. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical retail landscape, building relationships that drive long-term success. Key Responsibilities * Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, research, and engage new retail pharmacy accounts through outbound calls, emails, and networking. * Sales Development : Present product offerings, value propositions, and pricing strategies for potential clients to secure new business. * Account Management : Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. * Pipeline Management : Maintain accurate sales pipeline information in CRM, tracking activity, opportunities, and performance against goals. * Collaboration : Partner with marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and servicing of new clients. * Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activities, retail pharmacy trends, and client feedback to identify opportunities and risks. * Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue goals. Qualifications * Accredited degree in business, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred). * 2+ years of inside sales, tele sales, or business development experience; pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare industry strongly preferred. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas. * Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
